Hamlin at Lake Brandon Apartments

POOR MANAGEMENT!!!! Do corporate not look at reviews?? There is so many issues here its beyond that the office team hasnt been fired yet. Also it seems like one person gets money for all their reviews since theres only one person who gets positive reviews that is named. The maintenance crew is decent for the most part, it is the office causing problems. DONT TRY CALLING HERE THEY WONT PICK UP.

The complex is pretty good, but I gotta say 5 stars for Ramon! Anytime I needed anything, Ramon the facilities man would always take care it, he is very knowledgeable and reliable!

lived here a few years and the mailroom gets broken into about 2/3 times a year/ been about 6 times so far and nothing is being done about it. They build a gate upfront but that was damaged so we just had a new break in yesterday. Why don't you put money in better cameras, why is the gate broken without getting fixed in time? I dont understand why this keeps happing and nothing is being done about it....just sad

Fake reviews, whenever there is an issue there is no way to turn, only nasty attitude from office management and harassment as every few months they come up with a reasoning to access your apt if you want it or not.

BEWARE OF THE RIGGED REVIEWS OF THIS PROPERTY Almost all of the positive ratings are because of a "scheme" from the management to reward maintainence people and employees if they are able to convince you to write a 5 star Google review for the property mentioning their name in the review. You can verify this by reading the context of all positive reviews. They also pay some people to write 5 star reviews. While some of the people who work here are genuinely nice, living here is a terrible experience. Read the negative reviews and you will get an idea. Most of them are pretty spot-on. Residents who fall for this scheme either because of emotion or money, are too naive to understand that the ultimate goal of the scheme is get extract more money from their pockets.
