Dr Spector and his staff are absolutely incredible!! The medical assistant was so kind and sweet taking her time with getting my X-rays knowing Im not the agile person. Dr Spector was very thorough explaining treatment options and the possible outcomes for each.

I experienced an encounter in this office that shocked me. A woman arrived at the office and wasnt greeted and was treated rudely. I did not know what to do. an arguement broke out and the office staff told the woman that theres no appointment. I dont understand how a doctor (who swears by the hypocritical oath of do no harm) allows his office staff to talk to people like this. People go to doctors because they are in pain, not for the hell of it. What happened to patient care and bedside manners? For the life of me, I cant see why this happened but its left me with a sense of unease and disgust in this practice. I have a follow up appointment scheduled but plan to cancel. I hope the woman was able to go somewhere else where she was cared for and treated with respect. Customer service is dead at this practice. The doctor needs to reevaluate his staff before he evaluates patients.

my dear friend went to her first appointment, woman at front desk claimed to be office manager, who was speaking with another patient. my friend politely said excuse me but where do I sign in. the woman who claimed to be office manager went off on my friend, to the point which made my friend uncomfortable and quite scared. my friend is over 80 years old and quite timid, this was horrible! this office actually turned my friend away. My friend left and walked into another dr's office down the road and was greeted and was given an appointment right away. No one should be spoke to in this manner under any circumstances. I highly suggest no one go to this office or dr.
