Jordan from flex drain went to my grandmothers house. I live in NY and she is in Florida. I called and set up the appointment for her over the phone they are polite and patient with questions. My grandmother is older and lives alone. I called her after the appointment to see how it went and she was so happy and felt safe and listened to. Jordan was so patient with her and didnt just rush threw the job. He even was able to fix another project on the spot for us. i highly recommend this business for anyone with plumbing needs. The price and work was the best i could find. We will definitely be using them for all out plumbing needs!!
