Keeton's has always provided excellent customer service to us over the many, many years we've used their service and products. Ordering online is simple and convenient with next-day delivery. Be sure to visit the store in downtown Bradenton to see the variety of art supplies, class offerings and unique gift selections. The company I work for started using Keeton's after being unhappy with Staples; I am SO glad they made the change! Not only is it nice to support a local business, but everyone there is wonderful. Sherri Reda, our contact, is so nice and she makes periodic stops by to make sure we have everything we need. It's also really nice to have the same delivery driver each time, and that we get the orders the next day. I also really like that if something is on back order they will give me a call to see if I want a similar product or want to wait for the one I ordered to come in - rather than me finding out about it on the packing list and having no clue when it's expected in. I highly recommend Keeton's to anyone in need of any kind of office supplies!
