Buffalo Wild Wings

Had the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant last night. My wife and I eat there very frequently, and we always have the same server (not sure of her name, the short blonde girl). She's always been great, until last night. After we sat, she came up to us and told us, with an attitude, that she feels we don't tip her enough based on the service she provides, so she suggested we should use the online ordering (which never works for me). She also added that her manager told her to tell us this. We have always tipped her a fair amount, but even if we didn't, there is no universe where what she said to us is even remotely acceptable. We left and won't be returning. I am appalled by the service that we received.

Service was good, but the wings was hard and dry. I been to so many restaurants never come across their mix drinks so expensive as Buffalo Wild Wings.

I called them today to place a to go order and was put on hold until they hung up 5 mins later. I was around the corner so figured Id just go in and order. Stood there waiting for anyone to come to the counter to take my order or even seat me and nobody came. I just left. Not sure how people get food here. I tried I really did try to spend money and its like they rather hide and not get it. What a strange way of doing business. If anyone finds out how to place a to go order please let me know. Calling or walking in to place it doesnt work.
