Purchased our bed a little less than two years ago. The customer service was ok in the store. It's the after care. Look at the photos but our bed is sinking on both sides. This is a $1500 mattress and should not fall apart or sink in. I submitted all the correct photos and everything.They came back and asked me to take another photo and I had to stand on top of my dresser to be able to take a full photo to make sure off four corners or in the picture. Because there was a small stain the size of a quarter hey turned down the claim. I wasn't contacting them of a stain.I was contacting them because the mattress sinks in on both sides. Buyers beware of this place.

Straight forward, didn't pressure me. I told them a price range, they directed me on a few models, tried them in store, and picked one we liked. Appreciate not trying to upsell every little thing or convince me I need something I didn't want!

Thomas was friendly, helpful, and very kind. There were lots of options in the discount section, and he worked with me to get something in my budget. Would definitely recommend this place to people looking for mattresses!!
