        I got the Love It size with cake batter ice cream and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, and my man got the Love It size, two ice cream flavors, which were Butter Pecan and Mint with white chocolate chips. I remember going to Cold Stone Creamery a lot as a kid, and have a lot of fond memories of them and their ice cream. First time I've been to one in 25ish years. Was nice. The one girl looked bored, and the gentleman didn't wear gloves, but had a good experience nonetheless. Vegetarian options: Lactose Free option Dietary restrictions: Lactose Free option

        A great place for a sweet treat of ice cream or sorbets in which you can have alone, or you can mix in things such as nuts, fruit, cookies, brownies, and such. You can have it in a waffle cone or cup. If you like milkshakes, they can do that too. Service was fast and the staff friendly.

        Ice cream good but stop with this stupid tips. Your tip screen is programmed where I'm supposed to pay 20% for good service. At $8 for a cup of ice cream it kind of seems like you could afford to pay your employees for the good service they provide without me having to kick in an additional 20%. The worst part here is that the service is always good, but apparently you only pay them for mediocre service? Management problem. Figure it out. And DO NOT respond to my review with anything besides, "you know what, our staff is excellent, we are going to compensate them accordingly."

Our payment system automatically suggests a range of percentage-based gratuity options that allow for our customers to voluntarily offer tips for our employees (the suggested options also include the ability to specify a custom tip or decline to tip).
