This company is very unprofessional. My husband was scheduled for a home visit, they never called and we had to reach out to them. After three attempts to reach them we were informed that they do not accept atena insurance. Would not recommend them. We are hoping that our urology center stops using them.

Doctor's Choice was established by a group of therapists who knew the business of patient care in the field. I started using them nearly 3 years ago. They were excellent until covid came along. In the process they allowed fear to take over and made an agreement with a large corporation. I didn't see much change until September this year when I needed them again. Now I seriously am thinking of changing if I can find someone else who can do what I need. This new company sold them a package which changed everything for the worse. The service has deteriorated quickly since September. Communication and scheduling has suffered. I was supposed to be having therapy once a week and in November was seen once. I find no fault with the people in the field. They are struggling to do their jobs. The parent company also tried to introduce a vaccine mandate. Even doctors are having difficulty scheduling their patients for therapy. Just a heads up. I hope things will get better but it doesn't look promising.

Heather L was the Home Care nurse who came for 8 weeks to check on my husband after his back surgery and infection. Excellent attitude and service! Would recommend her.

This place is a joke. Will not get supplies that are requested by Doctor. Nurses argumentative and confrontational When told DO NOT CONTACT continues on with Harassment so legal action in process. Then tells me I cant talk to a supervisor, all this in text message. Also comes to home in street clothes with mask around chin. All documented on security cameras inside and outside home. Now quarentined due to possible Covid Exposure. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS GROUP, ALSO HAS A MEDICARE FRAUD LAWSUIT IN FEDERAL COURT case# 8:15-cv-01044 So you write me after being Told numerous times DO NOT CONTACT Maybe thats where your nurses got the idea they can do what they want. I have Audio and video of malfeasance inregards to the nurse in question
