I called with an issue about one of my 2 Rinnai systems....First of all, he owns a unit and has over 15 yrs experience with it. So great start. He communicated quickly and was in the area that day, so PLUS #2! Then he quickly went to the root of the issue after a quick web search and did a minor cleaning....problem solved...!! Low key, years of experience and a humble guy to boot!! HIGHLY recommend. OF course if the problem is stickier, more work would be needed. But I think Mr. Knapp has a real thorough grounding ...

After coming to my house to give me a quote to install a gas tankless hot water heater I asked if he wanted a deposit to schedule the work, his response was he believes in getting paid when the job was complete! At that moment I knew he was a true professional! Mr. Knapp did not disappoint, a real pro with the quality of his work and prices that were more then fair. I will be singing his praises to everyone I know.
