        As a big fan of Five Guys, most of the time I'm very happy with the food quality and taste! This last experience was a little disappointing because I was shorted on the fries. And, those that know Five Guys, being shorted on fries is a very very very rare occurrence. The fries shortage won't keep me away but, hopefully, next time will be a better experience.

        Love this location of 5 Guys and burgers- there twice and Shawanda greeted us again! She is so patient and fun when explaining the great menu! And when 3 of us were sharing fries, she offered the perfect size! So delish, great value and fun! I'll go back just to visit Shawanda!

        Food as always was great. But this location needs a bit of attention on customer service and keeping the facility clean. In our recent visit to this location the staff seemed very disconnected from what their job is related to customers. Not attentive from ordering through pickup. My shake order was not attended to for a long time despite very low volume of customers. There was tons of trash on the floor throughout the main restaurant area and the tables were disgusting. Again very slow volume of customers in the restaurant at the time. I'm a big fan of five guys but this location needs some attention.
