3D Dental Excellence

I recently had a cleaning with Yudbel. She is an amazing hygienist, who is always thorough. I always leave feeling clean and informed on the health of my mouth. Dr. Bustos is my primary dentist, and I trust him in the care of all my dental procedures. The staff at this office overall is always professional and patient oriented.

What a wonderful visit, I had a cleaning and so did both of my children. My kids were at ease with the patient and kind hygienists and I was impressed by their excellent chair side manner. The front desk was happy and helpful and the manager was very involved making sure all our paperwork was up to date and correct. We met Dr Bustos for the exam and I was very happy with his attention to detail and he was also very kind and patient.I will definitely be back!

Nice office with great staff and dentist. Dr. Bustos is patient and explains everything before he does which helps with my fear of dentists.

The office is just a little too focused on sales over actual service all around. I came in for a regular cleaning and walked away with over 2k estimated payment proposals because I had so many problemswith my teeth. I only did deep cleaning with them, I still ended up paying more than they initially estimated interesting! Insurance policies just suddenly changed during mid March?! Prior to any procedure, I explicitly communicated my concern about treatments covered by my insurance policy and made it very clear that I would not perform any procedure that's not covered. I was assured by their staff that all dental procedures were necessary and would be covered by insurance. I subsequently underwent the procedure based on the assurance that it would be covered by my insurance. However, I later received their letter stating that the procedure was denied by insurance due to insufficient documentation. The insurance has twice determined the medical unnecessary based on all things 3D provided! Never going back!!!
