      Lauren, as discussed on the phone before our last visit, due to the age of the doors, the parts are obsolete, and the parts mfr. recommended a different style that I ordered, and the technician installed the new rollers and found them to work satisfactorily. You were not happy with the end result stating that it was too difficult to open the doors due to your fingernails. You asked that we remove new rollers just installed and put the old rollers back in the doors which we completed. I would have called but the technician was out on other service and had your invoice which was not paid yet as you were in a hurry to leave.
