INCREDIBLE experience. Friendly and knowledgeable on the phone when I first called, and explained thoroughly what to expect. They were just as great when I brought my laptop in to be repaired. They communicated well when the work would happen, how long it would take and what was needed, and expected return of my laptop.The team performed the work quickly, letting me know via calendar updates when work was occurring on my laptop! I received my repaired and upgrade laptop quicker than expected, and the cost was more than reasonable. They do not talk 'over your head', tech-wise, and explained details of the work thoroughly. To have this kind of service was refreshing! We highly recommend

This was my 3rd time using this company, and the tech Jacob was super nice, accommodating, efficient, and knowledgeable. He had my printer diagnosed and working perfectly in no time. I couldn't be more pleased with We Fix Computers, and I highly recommend them everywhere online.
