Tropical House Cleaning

Expectational service and speed. Me and my fiance worked for this company for a while, and despite complications that led to us leaving on bad terms and not getting her last check, I believe we did good work, provided a solid service, and did it in a timely and effective manner. Lisa is pleasant as are the people she employ's, they are also very experienced and thorough. Any complications between us were definitely deserved. Normally I wouldn't have said anything, but I saw the 1 star rating somebody left and I know that she and her teams deserve more than that. You can definitely trust her to get your vacation property/personal home in top notch shape. Very thorough, very fast. Working closely with her and her teams, and the big part my fiancé played while she worked there, helped us refine our skillset which we used to create our own Commercial Cleaning business. We hold ourselves to a lot of the same standards Lisa taught us back in the day. She would teach everyone special folds, and little things to do that showed the client we were going the extra mile. Grateful for the time and experience I've spent and gathered from working at Tropical House Cleaning. I can say confidently you wont be disappointed with your service, and I personally wish the best for Lisa and her husband. They are great people and were great to be around and work with.

The cleaning person was given specific tasks, including mopping all tile floors. There were still footprints and dead bugs on the lower level floors from the entry into a bedroom, one bathroom was not clean. Owner wanted to send the same person back, but she obviously did not care to do it correctly the first time, so we declined and cleaned it ourselves. Owner offered $10 off a $190 invoice, what a joke.
