        FABIAN WAS AMAZING!!! I called this location an hour before coming in. Right when I walked in I was immediately helped. Although I was there for a while purchasing 2 phones and updating my familys phone plan, it really could not have been more seamless. Fabian clearly explained the entire cost breakdown of our bill, assured me that he was helping me get the best deal, effortlessly transferred all of my phone data AND is even helping ship a new phone across the country!!! Cannot recommend this location and team enough. Thank you Fabian!!

        We walked in at 7:15 at night with a (to us) crisis on our account....they close at 8. Jessie was so helpful and calm and explained all the details for us. We left better understanding our plan and breakdown of charges. This store is beyond helpful and knowledgeable.

        Stopped by at 10:10 a.m. 11/13/2023. DOORS LOCKED AND NO ANSWER TO PHONE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! TRIED TAPPING ON WINDOWS, STILL NO RESPONSE!
