Went back and forth with this dealership for a number of weeks regarding a used car on their lot. There was really nothing exceptionally bad about them, just the same as most dodgy dealerships they do the most to get you in the door and the promises they make are not kept. They will get you there and run you through 30 different banks which will decimate a low average credit score and come back with an offer with sky high interest with payments that are near double what you quoted. They wouldn't work with financing I already had through my bank (a Federal Credit Union). I did end up purchasing a car. One that was more expensive than the one I had been interested in at a dealership that was very open and honest about my options and worked with and stayed within my parameters. I think that many dealerships like Conley would have better business if they chose to be honest and cut all of the fluffed up fees they add to the price of the cars they sell.

Conley Subaru Service Department review Service error made, hollow apology offered because there was no accountability. Make the profit, keep the profit, lose the customer forever. We had Conley Subaru service our Subaru with an oil change. The service writer instructed me to leave my electronic key fob in the car, which I did. Once the service was complete, we paid and left. I expected my electronic key fob was still in the car. My wife had her electronic key fob in her purse, so I did not think about my key fob, which was still with the service writer. I did not realize I did not have my electronic key fob until I got 45 mins away, 90 mins round trip to return. We were planning to leave the next morning on a road trip. The additional time required to go back to the dealership was a very inconvenient crunch on our time. The search for my key fob was aggravating. As I stated my complaint to Service Manager Tim, he insulted me and accused me of acting like a toddler. The fresh oil fill was significantly below the full mark on the dipstick. I suggest taking your service business elsewhere. They are not accountable for their "human" errors. The key words here are PROFIT NOW.
