There are not enough words to describe how awesome every single person is that makes up this company. You cant ask for two better people on the job every day than Bobby and Leo! We were impressed immediately with their virtual presentation at our home. They made it all come to life and more with a spectacular finished product. We couldnt be more pleased. That is not where it stopped for us. Keep in mind, they finished our kitchen almost a year ago. Their customer service and responsiveness is second to none. We had an issue with our ice maker that a plumber installed and I called Bobby to see what I should do and he said Ill be there in 30 minutes. Im sure I can figure it out. Most recently we had to replace our fridge and it was the same response. Bobby said, man they can mess up the measurements when you order those. It was delivered and didnt fit. I called Bobby and he said Leo is down the street working on another house, he will be there in five minutes and I will be there in 15. They spent two hours raising our cabinet so the fridge would fit. If you are looking for a company that stands behind their word and does amazing work, there is no need to look for anyone else than Quality By Design Kitchens. They are simply the best and I am so grateful to them for the work they did, and the people they are!!

We heartily agree with all the accolades provided by the other 5 star reviewers. We hired QBD based on a recommendation from a family member. Adam worked with us to come up with a design plan for our kitchen (full tear down to the studs, walls to open concept), bath (vanity and added linen closet), wine bar(refrigerator and cabinet) and dining room (12 ft long buffet) remodels. He helped us in every way possiblefrom design to installation to calming my concerns. Their communication and follow through are stellar. If I called or texted a question, they would respond almost immediately. They are expert craftsmen who are also kind, polite, friendly, respectful of your property, time and budget. Their subcontractors were all held to the highest standards, as well. Charlie with Electrician Near Me was the best. Mike was our PM and he was amazing. Always available to answer questions and see that the project moved along. Leo was fabulous to work with and a perfectionist. David, who did the countertops, was great. In 12 working days, we went from full gut to a finished kitchen. They employ virtual reality technology and provide a design presentation with headset that allows you to experience the remodel and walk through your new space. The product lines they carry are nice quality and customizable. I cannot say enough good things about QBD. I believe people make a successful company and the staff at QBD are the key to their success. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend QBD to anyone. Thank you for everything. We are thrilled with the results.

Quality By Design Kitchens is a TEN! QBD kitchens will turn your dream design into reality. My husband and I researched kitchen and bath remodeling companies for three years before choosing Quality by Design Kitchens. Our experiences with other contractors were that they always underestimated the timeline of the project and the communication between the employees and subcontractors was poor. Our kitchen remodel has just finished with Tim, Bobby and their team and I am beyond thrilled with all aspects of their work! I never thought I would say that the results exceeded my expectations but, our kitchen truly EXCEEDED all of my visions for our space. Tim provided us with the coolest VR headset rendering of our design while standing in our kitchen and, it turned out better than virtual reality!!! The entire team were always professional and courteous throughout the process. QBD employees are true craftsman and their work was meticulous. A special shout out to Bobby, Leo, Dave, Michael and Jessie who made the experience so much fun! I would also be remiss if I didnt mention that QBD pricing was competitive and fair. We have recommended them to our friends and neighbors and will definitely use them again when we remodel our bathrooms.

There is no company like Quality by Design. We met Tim after our home flooded with Hurricane Idalia. We were anxious to complete a new kitchen and move home. Tim is kind, professional, talented, honest, transparent, trustworthy and fair. We met many kitchen remodel companies and Tim by far instantly impressed us and our only hope was that we could afford to work with him and his company. Tim created an absolutely gorgeous design and when he brought his virtual headset to share the design my husband and I both cried! Tim set honest and realistic expectations for our project. His communication was superior. Every single person we met form QBD was kind, professional and a true expert. Mike was the project manager and he was kind, professional, a great communicator, dedicated to perfection, detail oriented and we loved working with him. Jeff installed our kitchen. Never before had we met a craftsman who is as meticulous, detail minded, kind, punctual, hardworking and talented as Jeff. Jeff cleaned up each day before he left. He was so easy to communicate with. He did an absolutely perfect job installing our kitchen and we couldnt be more grateful. Each person from QBD displayed the qualities mentioned above. QBD promptly answers calls and communicates the steps of the project. I HIGHLY recommend QBD. Every detail of our project came out perfectly and QBD thinks of everything.
