The experience was unusually great from the time they answered the phone until my washing machine was fixed and Dave was out the door. I called and they were able to come that afternoon. He was able to determine the problem right away. Parts had to be ordered. As soon as the parts arrived he came back and installed them (took about 20 minutes) and problem solved! A+++

Dave is so nice and knowledgeable. I love that you are sent a link that you can monitor and know his arrival time. He was here and gone in no time. Hes a person that you have nothing but good things to say about him. Word of mouth gets him the business. I even asked for some business cards to pass out for him. My refrigerator was not keeping things cold and I could hear the motor running non-stop. I called Well Done and they came to my home the next day. I needed a new freezer sensor. They defrosted the freezer for the weekend which helped the problem temporarily and so my food stayed cold. They arrived on Monday and installed the new freezer sensor. All great now! It was a reasonable price and they were very thorough and prompt. I would highly recommend this company!
