The Oasis at Lakewood Ranch

Very happy living here since September 2023. The staff Claire, Nick, Cameron are great. I feel safe here. The maintenance department including Giselle, Josh and Kyle are very attentive. I would recommend this property.

I requested maintenance twice within a short span, and on both occasions, Giselle promptly resolved the issues with remarkable speed and efficiency. Kudos to Oasis LWR and Giselle for their exceptional service!

My family and I moved to another state and arrived at this place 2 months ago through information published on the internet. The truth is that it is very quiet and comfortable in terms of space, but in our case we have 2 children and the youngest is learning to walk. and he cannot use the walker because the entire apartment has carpet, only a very small space without carpet is in the kitchen, we cannot even comfortably move the chairs in the kitchen because half the floor and half the carpet are uneven (bad design) and in that very space reduced is where my children can use the walker or play sliding their strollers (so it is not sure if the stove is on) since the internet does not specify that from the second floor onwards it is 95% carpeted. Another detail is that they do not have a playground for children, but if there is a park for dogs, perhaps the owner thought of building attractions for families with pets and not families with children... we have had to go to other nearby communities with a playground to take our children . We recently had a problem with the air conditioning, first someone from maintenance went to see the problem and it was resolved but no, 2 days later Giselle helped us very kindly and quickly who diligently resolved the issue for us. The truth is, the 4 stars go to her, she is available practically 24/7 if you have an emergency and she also speaks Spanish.
