I visited Wagner Realty and followed up on the phone SEVERAL times regarding booking a long-term rental next year. Each time, I was told someone would get back to me. That was 5 weeks ago and still no contact. There is no way I would ever use this company and would not recommend them EXCUSE ME ????? FIRST of all, I do not have TWO cats. Therefore I would NEVER represent that I have TWO. SECONDLY, when I contacted your office by phone on day one just to inquire if you managed ANY properties at One Particular Harbour I was told you managed 20 units and would get back to me. Since I was on the Island a few days later and had not heard from anyone at your agency I decided to stop and personally renew my inquiry. I was told at that time (again) that properties were available for the dates I had requested but you would have to verify with the owner(s) that my ONE cat would not be a problem. Once again,WEEKS went by without ANY RESPONSE. Once I returned home (another WEEK later) I contacted you AGAIN and was AGAIN told you were waiting for an answer regarding my ONE cat. NO ONE AT YOUR AGENCY EVER CONTACTED ME!!!! And today I read your response to my negative review which contains NOTHING BUT LIES! This is further reason to NEVER recommend your office.

This wonderful condo will make your vacation on AMI absolutely perfect! With its close proximity to one of the best stretches of beach, youll enjoy a spectacular sunset every night without ever leaving the property! There has been so much thought put into every detail of this place! From the comfortable beds, the very well stock kitchen, and the beautiful furnishings, we never wanted our vacation to end! We will definitely be back to AMI and stay here again!

We have been returning to 3 pines for 27 years. It has been updated, clean, beautiful and Wagner Realty has been wonderful when things go wrong. Sit on the porch with coffee in your hand, feet in the sand. Best feature is no stairs for us older folks! Everything you could imagine, just like home. Laundry in house, pots and pans, internet, hair dryer... and the view for sunset right out of your living room.
