        We were vacationing at Holmes Beach on Anna Marie Island and had a flat tire on our rental. I took the tire to Grooms and asked if they would be able to help since we were leaving the next day to return to Pennsylvania. They were more than happy to help and were professional, friendly and took care of us even thought they were extremely busy. I would highly recommend Grooms without hesitation.

        I had an unexpected issue with my car today. Stopped by Grooms and they were able to take care of my car same day. This is the second time Ive used Grooms and both times have been met with friendly, courteous, honest and reliable service. That means a lot when you are not local. Thank you Grooms. I highly recommend if you need car service on AMI.

      Hello Tom, we are sorry you had this experience at our shop. We strive to be 100% transparent on our procedures and in your case we did not give you an estimate before your 5000 mile Oil Service and you are correct that shouldn’t have happened. We strive to keep our customers safe on the roads and make sure they know of any current problems or future services that may be coming up for their vehicles. In a turn key society , people rarely look under their hoods to check fluids or have any idea of the condition of their vehicle. We give full Digital Vehicle Health Reports on every scheduled vehicle. This is a time consuming process and feel in our hearts that it’s the right thing to do and is a valuable thing to be aware of. Thank you for your feedback and if you ever give us another chance you will have pricing before anything is done on your Buick. Thank you for for bringing this to our attention so we can improve our clients experience with us.
