        If you are considering hiring them for exterior screens look for other options as this company is great at selling you the product and after that you will never be a priority! Our roll screens never all functioned properly... The screens continue to get caught, tangled when rolling up or down & get stuck sideways, down, up etc. After a year of ongoing issues there has never been a solution imposed. To be honest, they have been a big waste of money since we can't actually use them! The pictures below are of 2 of our smaller screens as the larger ones are either completely stuck down or up. It is really a shame when you try to support a local business and that company doesn't stand by their products and workmanship.

      We are very sorry that you have been disappointed with your screen purchase. After many service calls to repair damage due to leaving them down during storms, we realize they are damaged beyond repair at this time. We did the best we could and refunded you the last screen replacement in full. It's not often that we have to say something can't be repaired but it does happen, and I apologize this is the case for your screens. Perhaps going through your homeowner's insurance to collect for storm damage will enable you to replace them with another company. Best wishes to you both
