Personally, I have utmost respect for Mr. Rooney. His incredible teaching style not only allows him to properly educate the student, but connect with them too. From his outgoing personality to outstanding performance in mathematics, I wouldnt hesitate one bit to recommended him to any student in need of some math help.

Few people are as skilled in making harder concepts more accessible while prioritizing students' abilities and strengths throughout his time with them. If you're looking for someone highly knowledgeable who can meet students where they are, and also challenge them, no one is more qualified. Having been in his classroom for several years, I can't recommend his tutoring enough.
