Ms. Alison is a great teacher I took her class to expand my knowledge and start my career for hair stimulation, permanent makeup, makeup removal, and Areola areas. She really is a wonderful teacher really gets deep and explains everything for your knowledge and takes the time to make sure you are understanding why you are doing what youre doing, and how to build confidence in doing your work and make the patients feel comfortable and leave with a smile on their face. If you are looking at finding a class to start your career I really suggest taking her classes.

Alison was a wonderful teacher with so much knowledge! I took the instructor class and I feel I am ready to go back to my home town and instruct a class tomorrow! She was so thorough and gave me all the tools I need to be a successful instructor.

Look Image Academy was such a Great experience!! You get actual hands on training from Amazing trainers. Doreen is so kind and patient!! She has over 30 years experience and she shares every bit of it with you. Alison is so kind and smart and she makes sure she shares all her knowledge with you. She makes sure you know what you are doing before you move one. Both trainers were so Wonderful to work with and I learned so much!! I highly recommend Look Image Academy to any one wanting to do PMU. I will never forgot my experience!! I researched a lot of places and did online training and these woman by far provided me with the knowledge and confidence I needed to get started in PMU. LOOK is the Best PMU Trainig Class.

I traveled from WV to FL for all things permanent makeup; brows, lips, liner, areola, scar camo, and prp microneedling. I enjoyed playing around and learning with the equipment. They had 10 people throughout the week to be models, so I was able to help an assistant with touch ups of various things.
However, I did not get to complete a model from start to finish on any PMU procedure and Im having a difficult time now that Im home feeling comfortable offering PMU at this time. I think this program would have been great to take after an initial hands on training with a 1:1 model and instructor.
I loved Ms. Alison and her 2 assistants. But it was confusing at times, as they would give different advice.
I got a ton of stuff in my kit but was told I should just practice with them and not use them on a person.
This training was 6k and I love investing in advancing my esthetics education but think I should have done a different training first so I could understand the entire process start to finish to feel confident to offer these services by myself.
The areola training was kind of an afterthought that we did on the last day, no model as these are more difficult to find, but Im not sure why this training was an extra $1k- we talked a little theory for a few minutes and I made an areola on a practice skin.
A couple things that would have been helpful: a manual, a virgin model to do start to finish (student can bring if you cant find), more 1:1 with the instructor during process rather than assistant, a full kit you can use on people not just practice.
I really enjoyed being immersed in a PMU studio for a week and loved talking with Ms. Alison - if you have taken PMU before and need some hands on practice/refresher, this is the training for you.

Excellent! Excellent! EXCELLENT! Would recommend 110% !!! I was over the moon about the course work and getting to learn hands on. I am on my off season for performing arts and wearing or playing with stage makeup, and I wanted to get certified in something that comes hand in hand. Look Image is a perfect place and beautiful environment. Ms.Doreen's approach and guidance into this field and how well versed she is into business and making everyone look fabulous, is a treasure indeed. Ms. Allison's approach was tough loving, intentional, and informative. They were very attentive to my needs as a student and it made me feel confident to begin in this industry. They make a very professional and inviting team. I highly recommend their school to anyone looking to become a licensed and certified permanent makeup artist.
