        minutes ago NEW The store manager Luciana I believe that what her badge said needs an attitude adjustment I tried returning a pair of shoes that were not comfortable were in like new condition and she refused to return them she is very rude and unfriendly I will consider shopping here again. She needs to be replaced.. She was also be very rude to an employee on the sales floor I will be calling corporate for a follow up Stores should not have nasty managers If she cant handle retail why is she there Not a good impression on such a big company The reflection she gives your company is unacceptable
