Ms. Ilene Rein is incredible at what she does. She has a bulletproof system that will insure that her client's will succeed in obtaining employment. However, not only does she has an amazing system, but she also brings her life experience into making sure that that her client's stay on point. I want to thank Ilene for the time and energy she spent helping my son and talking with me. My son was shutting down from a very frustrating end-of-college experience (covid) and unresponsive job search, and I was becoming very worried about him. Ilene talked to me so that I could be supportive but not intrusive, and worked with him. Although we had worked on my son's resume, even had it professionally redone, he was required to redo it again, Ilene's way. He told me that Ilene's format was easier to read, and actually held more information. He was pleased with the results. I am especially appreciative of the interview practice that was provided. That was very helpful. My son signs the papers for his first professional job in three days. He is relieved and looking forward to the future. Ilene did what I could not. She walked my son to his future. I also want to say that she was very kind and supportive to my concerns and worries. She was available to me too. Thank you Ilene.

I highly recommend Ilene's program if your having trouble finding a job. I had been looking for a job for almost a year, I had just graduated from college with a degree in computer science and I still could not find a job no matter how hard I tried. I thought I had a good resume, and was applying on all the job board websites but still could not get even an interview. I had but given up hope until I was referred to Ilene. I scheduled a complementary job search strategy session with her and was very impressed with what she had to offer. So I signed up for her 1v1 program. Her program is very well thought out and she will help you and push you through every step of the way. Her job search strategy was completely different from mine and thats why it works. She has the experience and the knowledge to help anyone who really wants a job out. If you follow her program and do the things she asks then you will find a job. She told me I would find a job in a month. A month later, I found a job as a iOS developer!
