I made an appointment yesterday online, and I got a confirmation email. Someone was supposed to come to do a rapid test for me today, but no one showed up at the designated time. It took a really long time for me to reach somebody to ask if anyone is on their way, and the person that picked up was not very professional, and said that the confirmation email just sent automatically, so I guess they dont even check new appointments that are created. I am very upset as I paid $125 for this service already. I would recommend going to an urgent care instead.
