Coaches at the Bay are extraordinary. If you want one-on-one in a fun and challenging group setting, plus accountability on days off, try this place! Coaches share their knowledge about toning to strengthening exercises, and theyre so upbeat and encouraging, challenging but low pressure. They introduce new exercises, and they know every client by name and what level weight each person should use. Unlike other gyms, at the Bay you get a machine-body-scan every two weeks that gives you all your measurements and stats so you can see and track your body changes. Im happy I decided to jumpstart my fitness goals with the team at The Bay Coaching Facility I put myself in expert hands.

Before starting at The Bay, I had no motivation, did not leave my house due to lack of motivation. I started at The Bay in January and since the. I am moving more, lost 20lbs. I went from a BMI of 45% to 31%. I work remotely and I am now motivating my agents to start moving and they are. Come to The Bay you wont regret it, the staff is great very knowledgeable with years of experience to back it.
