DBG Flowers - Boynton Beach

Through the FTD website I ordered a sympathy floor floral arrangement to be sent to a particular funeral home before the viewing ( 2-7pm) the next day. Early in the morning of the viewing I received an email tracking confirmation that the arrangement was being created and would be delivered before the viewing started. To make a long story short, the flowers never arrived and I received a call from a relative teilling me that the funeral director informed them that the arrangement had not yet been delivered. It was now 5:50pm. I called FTD and was issued a refund. Then my relative called me to say the arrangement just arrived. He sent me a picture, It was not even what I ordered. I ordered a large floor arrangement and this was a table arrangement. I found out the name of the particular florist used. I tried calling 9/19, no answer and vm full.I tried calling this morning 9/20 several times. Again, no answer and VM full. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but these two factors of wrong arrangement and too late arrival of the arrangement is the reason I gave this establishment one star. I wouold like to give it 0 stars but then everyone would think I just didnt remember to rate it. I hope this helps others not to experience this type of service. Poor services really but service I order a flowers to delivered and they leave the flowers on the floor outside no body know about is like you put on the floor like is a newspaper very but but but I dont recommend to no body. And I see the other reviews are but to and to respond to them must of them the same what a mean You dont care because what I see you copy and paste wow. Wow wow

I received flowers for my birthday from a colleague. The flowers I received looked like the florist took the 3 for $9 flowers from the grocery store and popped them in. The sunflowers were all shriveled and 3 days later haven't opened. They are actually an eyesore on my desk. If you want beautiful flowers that will make someone feel special, look elsewhere.

8/31/2023 Updating my review. Once again. This time, I have received a succulent plant from a relative. It was just delivered at 9 PM from a man who snuck into my gated community, scared me while I was sitting on my front porch. This should never have delivered in this condition, nor at this late hour. See photos, he said he was giving me free chocolate for the late delivery. Not OK to deliver a product in this shape and certainly is not OK to show up at 9 PM unannounced when this shouldve been delivered much earlier today. Unacceptable. 4/10/2023 Adding more photos now that I have had the Easter arrangement for 34 hours, very dead! I did try to call this florist and they dont even answer the calls and their voice mailbox is full. 4/08/2023 I am once again giving this florist. A terrible review. My mother used one 800 flowers and this florist delivered this to me. It has dried up old flowers. This was just delivered less than two hours ago. This is completely unacceptable. I will not ever recommend this florist. My mother paid $109. It was supposed to be beautiful and it was supposed to include chocolates and a balloon which I did not receive. Terrible Update: this florist redelivered a much fresher and better quality arrangement! Thank you!! My sister sent me flowers yesterday, I was home at the time of delivery, I took them right in. One of the carnations fell off immediately upon bringing it into my home. The roses are OLD, fully blown out to their cores & already dying. I tried to call when they opened this Morning, 2x within the past 90 min. & they do not answer. I know my sister paid a lot of money for this arrangement. Shame on this florist for delivering these roses in this shape.
