Darius is amazing! Anyone who has been through escrow knows how grueling of a process it can be, but Darius truly made it so simple and painless. He is very organized, and approaches every step of the way with such enthusiasm and care. I truly felt like I was in good hands. He made himself easily available throughout the whole process, and happily answered all of my many questions. I would highly recommend Darius to anyone else that was interested, and know for myself that I will only use Darius in future

Went to the closing table, signed the papers, and closed on a refinance with ResMac. The attorney let us know a few days after closing that they were still awaiting on the wire from ResMac. We found out a week after closing that ResMac will no longer honor the loan. Shady business and should not be dealt with.
