I am giving Gator Agent a five star rating due to their professionalism and their attentiveness regarding my 2021 tax return preparation. I must say they were extremely detailed, thoroughly explained everything to me in order pertaining to my tax refund. I am overly satisfied with the way Katherine rendered her services. I was not only happy with my return but I left her office very knowledgeable, I must say I was impressed. I am highly recommending Gator Agent to everyone who needs any tax needs. I came to them with bad credit and helped me rebuild and improved my credit tremendously. I decided to use them for my taxes. My refund process was so quick and absolutely effortless. The team was honest, pleasant and helpful. They made it much easier and faster than I have ever had before. I was so pleased with their service, I told my Mother and she told her Sister and now my whole family files with them. Their customer service and staff are exceptionally well. My family is with them because they make you feel like family. They go above and beyond for you. The environment is welcoming , comfortable, family friendly. I took full advantage of the refreshments available. I definitely recommend Gator Agent to everyone needing fast reliable services.
