        My wife and I have an Apple MacBook Pro. It was sluggish and running hot. Jay was able to quickly diagnose the problem and immediately fixed it. He is professional and an excellent communicator. He was able to make us understand complicated technical information. From the time I called him to the project being completed was under three (3) hours.
