        Today, I came into this bank about 45 mins before closing time. I wanted to make a deposit of coins. The woman behind the counter watched me walk in with a small, obviously heavy box and she was shaking her head no. After I got to the counter, she told me (not so kindly) that the vault had been "balanced" and they were no longer accepting coins for the day..... No longer accepting money.... During business hours... At a bank..... I happily marched out and deposited my coins at chase bank around the corner. The funny thing is, when I got to the Chase bank; they greeted me with smiles and got the job done. I will be moving my money just for the better customer experience.
