I had my truck in this shop under the previous owner however the same shop laborer who performed the work is still employed there. My vehicle ended up being a total loss due to negligence on the part of that shop laborer/mechanic after an investigation by my insurer. When I called to speak to the GM I was informed Id get a callback which did not occur. When I asked a service advisor if they would possibly pay for my rental until I find another vehicle he said absolutely not and Ill talk with the manager so you can stop wasting your time calling. Waiting on a callback from their corporate office after speaking with a representative from that office. Now I remind you this shop is under new ownership so its not fair to hold that shop manager responsible however the person who did the work is still an employee there last I was informed by that manager approx. 9 weeks ago. If any other Veterans are reading this I suggest you consider other shops. I guess this is how Purple Heart Combat wounded Veterans are treated by this shop. They are currently a USAA preferred shop however I will be letting the regional adjuster know how I was spoken to. Service: Welding
