I wish I could give it zero stars. My dog was attacked 2/12 by another residents dog that got off the leash. They refuse to contact us by phone or reply to our emails. They havent even asked if our dog is ok. Their response when we went in the office is it was an accident and they would get right back to us. A lot of things are accidents but it doesnt mean it didnt happen oh and they ghosted us. My dog needed stitches to her legs and I have a massive vet bill. I have never lived somewhere where they dont care at all. The property manager has never helped us with any issues. I cant wait to leave this place. Always an excuse and never a solution. The lack of empathy to our situation is disturbing and unprofessional. They dont respond to emails or calls. They will sell you a dream when you move in and then never help again. I changed a 5 star review to this. And generic social media review person, what is me emailing the office going to do when they dont respond to emails! Watertown is the worst company I have ever rented from.
