I had the pleasure of doing my externship of 200 hours @ Direct Physicians Billing . They provided hands on training which included answering the phones , entering charges, posting payments , claim status and much more. Thanks to them I secured a full time position in an Internal Medicine Practice.

I almost folded because of the terrible service and downright rudeness of the staff. I was the start of my practice looking to grow, this company punishes you if you are still in the growth phase. In other words, as I was continuing to build my practice and trying to add more clients, this company continued to neglect me causing more attrition in my billing paperwork – particularly my accounts receivable . It is not until I found a new and better company that my business is now thriving .
