I used to go here a lot, but after my recent repair for my brake pads and rotors, never again. A fews days later my front ball joint breaks. I go to another mechanic to get it fixed to then have him says, "the break pads and rotors are so clean, didn't they tell you that your ball joints are bad?" And that you would be able to clearly see it was going bad when doing the repair. Either they didn't care to tell, or just wanted me to comeback to spend even more money.

I have used New Life for years now after my son recommended them, and I have always been very impressed and happy with their work! Luis was very helpful and nice when I brought my car in this morning for an oil change , I asked if they would look at my brake pads because my son thought I may need new ones. I got a call about an hour after I dropped the car off that my car was ready, and my brake pads were fine and did not need to be replaced! I was very pleased that they are honest , you never know when someone might tell you that you need something that you dont! More reason that I am loyal customer!
