Working with Taylor and his team was an excellent experience. After vetting many lenders, I felt most comfortable moving forward with Taylor. The mortgage process can be stressful at times so you want to be sure you're working with someone who is understanding and able to follow through before handing over your finances and trusting them to fund your home purchase. Taylor was helpful and understanding from the beginning and willing to answer questions to the best of his ability prior to submitting full documentation. He also referred me to an excellent real estate agent who was extremely hardworking and willing to put in the effort to find the right property without relying solely on the MLS. Our file was fully underwritten at the time of pre approval which made the process after getting an offer accepted incredibly fast. We had the clear to close way ahead of schedule instead of waiting until the last second which is sometimes the case with banks and lenders. Taylor will be my first call for a home loan in the future and I highly recommend Taylor and his team.
