Ive been working with TSM for about 4 months now and it has been the best working experience Ive had in my professional life. Our organization is the best in the business. The training and expertise of the other employees, especially the CEO/Director of Operations, is unparalleled to anything else Ive experienced. They genuinely care about my well being and have invested a lot of time, money and energy into helping me grow both personally and professionally. Theres a vast amount of growth potential, a fast paced, high energy atmosphere and its a very lucrative opportunity. Ive been working at this company for a little less than a year and I have enjoyed every minute of it! The environment is very family oriented and the director sees potential in every one of us and will help us strive to meet our individual goals. I have learned many new skills and even had the opportunity of facing new challenges of launching a new campaign. The amount of experience I have gained for only working a year for this company is far more than what I would have gained working somewhere else.
