    We should have read the reviews before calling these Con artists. Consumer beware!!! They are running some shady business over there. Extremely rude, nonchalant, unprofessional individuals who did not hesitate to take every chance to rip us off and mislead us. Nobody took responsibility for their mistakes, as they tried to make everything look ok, while asking us to sign a fabricated, falsified application they had drawn up. As one of many reviews mentioned, I hope nobody has to deal with Melanie and Jodi as they know NOTHING about customer service. ATTENTION KEVIN, THE OWNER! When not one, but two of your employees insult a customer and tell him or her to take a hike, don't expect your business to survive for long, especially in this economy. Consider training your staff on professionalism and common courtesy, first. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Dear Armita, Thank you for sharing your feedback, although we're disappointed to learn about your negative experience. We take matters like this seriously, and we're truly sorry for any frustration you've encountered. As for the allegations of fraud, we assure you that your claims are unfounded. The issues you mentioned, such as errors in the lender's mailing address and marital status, are indeed correctable through a simple endorsement to the carrier. It's important to note that these details do not affect your coverage or ability to make claims. This method of making changes to a submitted policy is protocol for all insurance carriers. We did offer you two solutions to rectify these errors, including the option to rewrite the entire policy, which you declined. Please understand that once a policy is submitted, our options as agents become limited. Nevertheless, we always strive to find the best resolution for our clients within our capabilities. I have reviewed my team’s performance whilst being yelled at, and this review resulted in concluding that both team members performed admirably and maintained composure. We know that changing insurance can be stressful time and we work very hard to streamline this for our great clients.
