Heatherwood Construction Company

Few of these company trucks has speed through my neighborhood going 45+ in a 25 limit with kids and bicyclists. If they couldnt care about hitting someone with a truck then why would they care about doing a professional job. Sad.

If you are planning a commercial project, would not recommend Heatherwood Construction. They have taken over 15 months to build a project slated to take 6 months at Babcock National and still has months of work to go! Days and weeks go by without workers present or any progress. Communication is lacking and the management maintains a greater than thou attitude providing excuse after excuse, all the while completing other projects in the county. Seems to be all about priorities and Heatherwood forgets we could have a say on future project here or in other areas of the county. Service: Commercial projects

They were supposed to complete the Babcock National Amenities many many months ago. Everyday when we drive by there are very few workers and half of them are on their cell phones. NO SENSE OF URGENCY. They blame a manpower shortage yet Lennar is building houses faster than the Boy Scouts put up their tents on an overnight outing. Very poor look for BOTH Lennar, as well as Heatherwood.
