We purchased our Lot in Cape Coral back in 2021 with plans to build and retire there in 2024. We spent the next 2 years looking at every model home and builder in the Cape Coral area that we could to find our dream home and builder. We found both with Frey & Son! We chose Frey & Son because of their reputation, the fact that they are family owned, the beautiful model home my wife fell in love with and because of their very helpful, informative and friendly staff. They go above and beyond to make sure their clients are happy. At this time, we are in the middle of our build and Frey and Son has kept us up to date with every step of the build, sending weekly pictures and details of everything they are doing and what to expect next and when. The process has been very smooth and very timely. We look forward to the completion of our dream home soon and know that we made the right decision in choosing Frey & Son to build it.
