        There was good communication from the start. Tech came over and he was very patient with figuring out what was making a loud erratic on and off rubbing noise in my Explorer. Underneath the vehicle the plastic covering over fuel lines was broken in 1/2. The repair was made immediately. I didnt have to wait in a repair shop for hours and get mis information or hefty repair bill.
