The first quote was for 500 SQ ft, which I couldn't afford. Then, someone came out and measured. The quote was for 150 SQ ft which ended up being the same price as the 500 SQ ft quote because it was for black chain link fence, which I never asked for. Texted and emailed and never got a response.

I highly recommend Bomann Fencing to anyone needing fences installed. They were fast and easy to communicate with as well as the most professional group of people Ive dealt with. They made sure the fences were just like we wanted them and were put up in a timely manner. The crew were top notch and very friendly as well. Dont hesitate to give them your business.

Im the Director and Licensee at Seacrest Wolf Preserve a 501(c)3 non profit located in Chipley Florida. During the early morning of 1/9/24 in some of the roughest weather in our area post Hurricane Michael, a very large tree crashed down into our fences. Once we were certain all the animals were safe and contained- we had to figure out a solution to our fence problem. The solution was Bomann Fencing!!!! This entire company was incredible!!! The owners are so helpful, kind, down to earth, and responsive!! They dropped what they were doing at our plea for help and rushed to evaluate our case. In a mere few hours they had reviewed the damage and sent a crew to help repair the fence and make it safe and secure for our animals. Did i mention they even offered to help us clear the tree?? The four gentlemen crew who came from Bomann Fencing were just wonderful. They worked quick, diligently, and with great skill to get our fence standing tall again. Plus the respect they showed to my animals and team was highly appreciated. The WHOLE team is FIVE STAR rated to us here at the preserve!! Give them a call, I PROMISE you will not be disappointed!!

Lena,Thank you for your feedback; we appreciate it. We initially provided you with an estimate for a 5ft horse wire fence and a 5ft chain-link fence. We derived the 500ft based on your property size to provide you with an idea of what the per-foot price would be. We followed up to see if you would like a site visit so that we could better understand your vision and the true scope of the project. On Thursday, our crew leader staked off an area that was 150 linear feet, which you thought would be a good size for your project. On Friday, we then provided you with an estimate for only the chain-link fence this time and explained that horse wire would not work in this size project. You are correct in the fact that the title of the estimate states "black chain-link," which is our error; however, the body of the description describes a 5ft galvanized chain-link fence with a 6ft gate as requested. Regarding the price, 500ft of chain link is nearly 3x more expensive than 150ft. Maybe you had compared the less expensive horse wire fence to the chain-link from the initial estimate. Finally, we always ask in our estimates for our clients to reach out to us if they have any questions. The last text I received from you was on Thursday, prior to me providing you with an estimate Friday morning inquiring, "If I approve the bid after today's visit, how soon can you put the fence up?" Today, Saturday, after your google review, I am discovering your email that you sent on Friday stating, "This is not the estimate that I requested. I did not want black chain-link. I wanted an estimate with similar materials to my first estimate. Disappointed." Unfortunately, I was travelling all day yesterday and did not see your email. Had I seen your email, I would have responded to your request, as I am doing currently. A text or phone call may have been more effective. My apologies for your experience.Sincerely,George Bomann
