Took my vacuum to Vac MD when my prior vacuum shop in north Broward stopped servicing my Miele after they reneged on the lifetime service plan I paid for when I originally purchased the vacuum. Vac MD offered to do complimentary service! What a heart-warming experience! I of course purchased my new Miele HEPA replacement filter from them, only to find out the one I purchased for the same price from the old vac shop was not (original equipment) Miele. My experience with Vac MD was such a positive one. I will definitely be returning to Vac MD for all my vacuum-related needs. Count me in as a loyal customer!

Updating a review about Oreck servicing: It has become very hard to find official Oreck stores/servicers these days as they seem to be disappearing. A phone call confirmed that this one is, so it already gets 4 stars from me just for that, but I may update my rating again after my experience with them

I ran across a how-to video from Vac MD on YouTube describing how to change the outer bag and bag dock on an Oreck. This explains why my bag wasn't staying on! There was a link right in the video description to purchase a new outer bag and from there I found myself having a conversation via text with Kimberly. She could not have been any more helpful! Within just a few days, I had a new outer bag, new bag dock and new replacement bags. Thanks to Kimberly's video, I was able to replace the parts with no issue. Our businesses' Oreck is better than it has in YEARS! From one small business to another - thank you!

In addition to all of the top of the line vacuums, this store also has incredible cleaning products and an amazing collection of Maison Berger products.
I got Suds which is a natural, made in the USA, cleaner/stain remover. Kimberly, the owner gave me a demo in the store and I have used it to get stubborn stains out of my kids clothes and removing water stains on my glass shower doors.
I also love the beautiful Maison Berger Lampe I got as well. Kimberly showed me how to use it properly and I really enjoy using it at home. It eliminates cooking odors and leaves a nice lasting scent.
