Sunglass Hut

Poor purchasing experience in store. I felt like I was not getting new sunglasses even though they may be new. When I asked for a new fresh pair, the sunglasses came in a plastic bag without the original box and paperwork. I did not go through the purchase in store. And decided to order from Ray-Ban/Luxotica directly.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, but Jagger was exceptional. He went out of his way to find the sunglasses we were looking for, while suggesting other options. He was also extremely personable, and we enjoyed chatting with him. His manners were impeccable, and the store is fortunate to have this young man providing such excellent customer service. Thank you Jagger and the two young ladies that were also present helping us.

Fantastic experience the sales girl was so fantastic. Im from Maine and I am going to the store up there and purchasing sun glasses for my family.
