I came across Sk8-X online when looking for a place to fix up my skates, and I am so glad I did! When I met Dino, the owner, I was greeted with nothing but good hospitality and kindness. After a few minutes of talking to Dino, I realized he has such extensive knowledge about skating, so I knew I was in good hands. I've been living in South Florida my whole life, and I have yet to find a local skate shop like Sk8-X.
Although the physical shop isn't open yet (it's almost done!), Dino was still willing to work on my skates for me. I initially visited his shop with a pair of roller skates that desperately needed some attention. The wheels were squeaky and they just didn't feel right. Dino took one look at my skates and immediately offered to help. To my surprise and immense gratitude, he fixed them free of charge! His positive demeanor and friendly approach made me feel like a valued customer, and his willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting impression.
Not only did Dino fix my skates with precision and care, but he also took the time to offer me some invaluable tips and recommendations to enhance my skating experience. His expertise and passion for roller skating are truly remarkable. It's evident that he loves what he does, and his enthusiasm is infectious.
I will definitely be returning to Sk8-X for all of my skating needs and I highly recommend anyone reading to do the same.
