I had a great experience with this company! Brigitta was the realtor and her daughter, Daniela, was the property manager. Daniela was awesome. She is very responsive and quick to get things repaired.

Our experience with this Realty Brokerage office of Keyes and the representing Realtors we had with them was extremely positive to say the very least. We signed up with a real estate property listing with realtors Carmen Siman & Mildred Flores as our representing listing realtors . Our property was a commercial multi use property. They gave extreme attention to the advertising of our property for sale . It was a complicated Sale and in another County yet nothing lacked on the professional quality of service we received to get fast results, multiple offers and the best possible offer expeditiously. They had all the tools including a great closing company to get the deal done. Without a doubt we were helped to sell our property , getting the most out of its value. They showed to be professional and fair to both sides. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend these realty office and both these realtors. Without a doubt we would gladly use them again anytime we need another Real Estate transaction. Grateful and thankful for the results and experience.

I was not impressed by the agent's performance. Things were done haphazardly and at the very last minute a very crucial post-occupancy request that was OK was suddenly a problem and denied. This left me with a moving truck full of my belongings and NO WHERE TO GO except a parking lot, worrying about being robbed. My experience was a nightmare and it is my understanding that this is happening to a lot of people. I had to deal with three different agents, plus mortgage and title professionals and it is mind boggling that across the industry there are so many people who just don't care about how their job and work ethic affet other people and how much their lack of focus or lackadaisical demeanor cost another in time, effort, stress, and money. It is just downright horrible. Awful, awful, AWFUL!
