Amazing services they came to fix my toilet. Their price was great couldnt be more professional they were on time which was the most important part for me. The customer service was very respectful. Highly recommend this company to anybody thats in need of service.

If I could leave a no stars I would. I reached out on February 27th and David initially quoted me $99 for the tech to come out to assess the toilet. I explained my son may have stuck a toy down the toilet. He said he would charge me $50 instead but once the tech came out and left I was charged $100. I reached out to another plumber but they weren't available. Mind you I spoke to 2 others that quoted me no more than $300 but weren't able to come out for another couple of days and I couldn't do that as a single mom also living with my disabled mother. I called David back and agreed to have them do the job. I was charged another $900 same day for him to snake my toilet which I already did myself for the tech to tell me he thinks he fixed the issue but we need to replace the toilet which would have costed me another $400-500. I was off put by that because 3 days later the toilet over flowed and I had someone else come take the toilet off take the items that we're still in the toilet put it back in and I had and still have a working toilet. Go figure. And here it is I had to hire someone elseyo actually fix the issue. This place is a top off. I'm going through enough with being my mom was in the hospital at the time and coded twice for them take advantage of old people and single moms is ridiculous. I wonder how they'd feel if it was their family in my shoes and someone getting over on them. Stay far away from this place and please read reviews before you give your card info.
