Genuinely disgusted with how they treat their fish. (and im sure the other animals as well) I typically avoid large chain pet stores, and now I have even more of a reason to. The betas looked extremely unhealthy, and the comet goldfish were CLEARLY not doing well. The other tanks had dead fish as well but I didnt take photos of the others. I sent a message to corporate so hopefully theyll send someone out to educate the employees at this location

If posted closing time is 9pm, that is not 855pm. The only one more disappointed is my cat not being able to get the item tonight because you decided you wanted to go home. Great customer service. This will definitely result in people supporting this company! I would have been out of the store in 2 minutes. And, the reason I was there 5 minutes prior to closing was because Petsmart across the street, closes at 8pm, not 9pm like most other locations. I was not a customer deciding to go to the store at the last second (or last 5 minutes).

The customer services was horrible. Had to wait too long to pick up an item that I had already paid for.
